We had a great weekend in Crested Butte with the Brown's. They have a family friend with a house there and invited us to come along. It is by far my favorite mountain town that we have been to, but unfortunately it is almost 6 hours away which made for a long drive.
It was beautiful and the weather couldn't have been better. The downtown area was so cute with little colored houses, a park, lots of patio seating, and just a small town feel. The base of the mountain had a lot of fun activities for the kids too.
We drove in late Thursday night and stayed until Sunday. We would wake up and head to town, eat lunch, then come back for naps. We would fish and cook dinner in the afternoons. It was a fun, relaxing time with friends!

| Mason LOVED sleeping on the top bunk. He is asking me every day if he can have a bunk bed in his room. |
| The house on the far right is where we stayed. |
| Playing some putt putt at the mountain base. |
| He found a new favorite hobby! |
| I was so proud of him climbing this. We have seen them several times this summer and he is always too scared. He decided he was brave enough this time. He didn't make it all the way up, and got scared about half way, but he was proud of himself after. Maybe next time he will make it to the top! |

| Evie loves Madison. I swear she thinks she is as big as she is! |
| Evie is terrified of Mark. She won't go anywhere near him. This was the first and only time she let him get close to her so I had to document it. |
