After getting this cute picture of Mason, Georgia, and Bennett I started looking back at old pictures of them.  They have grown up together and I will always love Mason's very first friends!

Memorial Day Cookout

The Lewis' had a cookout at their house today.  We were sad that Matthew had to leave town so he couldn't go with us.  I didn't get many pictures of all the kids, but they had fun with all the water toys and swing set.  Mason, Bennett, Georgia, and Maddie all play so well together.  I cried on the way home because I know these little get togethers are coming to an end.

I had a fun birthday this year.  I am glad that we decided to come to Fort Worth, so that I wasn't by myself in Shreveport.  On Monday night, Brian and Kim kept our kids so that Matthew and I could have date night.  We went to eat at Mi Cocina and then to the mall to pick out my presents.  I got a watch and some perfume.
On Tuesday, my actual birthday, we spent it with Lezlee and Sophia at the Children's Museum and then lunch at Chick fil a.  That night we went back over to Brian and Kim's for dinner and cake.
Wednesday night we met Granna, Aunt CC, and Uncle Eric for dinner to celebrate.  Caroline's birthday is the 24th, so we always get to celebrate together.  We had a fun night of pizza and cupcakes.

Summer so far

We have had a busy two weeks since Mason has been out of school.  I teared up leaving his school on the last day.  I'm so sad he won't be going there next year.  I love that place and will miss it so much.  He will go a couple of days in June, so I'm sure I will really cry when we have to leave the last day!

My mom and grandmother came for the week last week.  It was nice to have some extra hands and company.  We also had our end of the year soccer party at the Smith's house.

On Friday we loaded up and went to Ennis for the weekend and are now spending the week in Ft. Worth while Matthew works.  We got to fit in two fun days with Lezlee and Sophia at the splash park and at the FW Children's Museum.  Granna took off yesterday and we took the kids to Graham to see the great grandparents.  We have also gotten to spend some time with my brother and his family.  We have been busy, but loved seeing so many people that we love!
