VBS

Both Mason and Evie got to go to VBS this year.  Mason went all day and Evie just went in the mornings.  We picked up Ava every morning, and that was one of the highlights of the week for the kids.  Evie tries to act just like them!  I sure did get a dose of what it will be like to have Mason at school all day, and I didn't like it.  I missed having him with us in the afternoons.

On Sunday, the church had a big picnic after the service.  There was a band, lunch, water slides, bounce houses, and more.  It is fun to see how many families are involved within our church.

First day!  I was so proud of Evie for walking right in and sitting down even though her friends were in a different class.

These two are still best buds.  Can't wait to watch how much they grow in Kindergarten.

All the VBS kids sang two songs during the church service on Sunday.  Mason was front and center doing all the hand motions and singing his little heart out.  Cracks me up that my shy kid loves being on stage!  We could really only see Evie by the bow on her head. 

I love that these two hold hands wherever they are.  Mason is always looking after her.
