I knew that I wanted Evie to be something girly, so I found the perfect ladybug outfit on Etsy. Mason is really into Spiderman now, so I knew that was a given with him. I was actually surprised that he kept his mask on the whole night.
He loved every minute of trick or treating. When we got back into the car to go home he said, "That was incredible! Let's do it again tomorrow!" (he must have heard someone use the word incredible because I didn't even know he knew that word!) The funny thing is that as soon as he went to a house that gave him Skittles he would have been fine going home. He held onto those Skittles all night and kept begging for us to open them. Once we were finished we let him have them, and to my surprise he was satisfied. I thought it would be a battle to keep him from wanting to eat all of his candy that night. Evie did great too. She just slept in the Bjorn as we went from house to house.
