PNO and Mardi Gras

Our church has Parents Night Out once a month, so on Friday night we met some couples from our SS class for dinner at Don Juanz.  The church is open from 5:30-9:00 and only charges $10 per child and that even includes dinner for Mason.  Such a good deal!

Winter decided to show up on Saturday and it was in the 30's all day, which was the day of the Centaur Parade.  I love this parade, but we thought it would be too cold for Evie and just not worth taking her considering we have to walk several blocks to the Dicharry's spots and it would be right in the middle of her bottle and dinner time.  I knew Mason would love it so Matthew went ahead and took him.  They nearly froze to death, but had a great time.  Mason keeps asking when we can go back and catch more "neck-waces."  Thanks Lindsey for taking pictures for me!

Cute boys!

this is what I was greeted with when he came home!

Matthew and I were eating and we looked up and Mason had put every bead on Evie

he played and played and played with these beads

This is what I woke up to on Sunday morning.  I think you can tell he was born a Cajun!  :)
