Charleston Day 1

We just got home from the most fabulous vacation with the Buteaus and Lewis in Charleston.  It was so nice to be able to enjoy each other's company and not have to chase our kids around.  We all deserved a few days of adult time!
It all started on Wednesday when we met up at the airport around noon.  They researched some restaurants from Diners, Drive-ins, and Dives and found the cutest little place called Fuel.  We enjoyed some Caribbean style food while sitting outside having some cocktails.
That night we had dinner reservations at the Post House.  Trey's meal was voted best food of the week and I had the best salad that I have ever had in my life.  You will begin to see a theme to this trip- it was ALL about food!  I've never eaten so much great food.  We called it an early night this night since our early morning had caught up with us.

We were all so excited to be relaxing and sipping drinks on a Wednesday afternoon!  It was hard to believe that this trip we have been planning for months was finally here!
