Charleston Day 3

*Be sure to check out Lindsey's blog too.  She is doing a much better job of re-capping!

Friday morning the guys got up early and went bay fishing.  The girls and I went to the spa for a massage and then for a little shopping.  We went to lunch at Poogen's Porch and I had the best meal ever- sliders on homemade buttermilk biscuits and bacon and smoked gouda mac and cheese.  I seriously can't stop thinking about it!  We even squeezed in a little time by the pool before our next tour.

We had a pub tour of the city that night.  Everything in the town has so much history to it, even our bar tour guide had facts about the pubs we visited.  The girls and I skipped out on the last bar and just stayed to finish our drinks.  Of course we had to have more food, so we went to Kiminsky's for dessert.

I wish I could eat this every week!

We decided to share a drink since we would only be at each bar 10-15 minutes.  We soon figured out we could drink our own drinks just as fast!

At our favorite bar- The Blind Tiger

Representing Shreveport.  I was excited that I saw two different dollar bills with Texas Tech on them!
This is where the girls and I stopped.  Sounds like it was a good thing, I don't think we would have fit in at the next bar the guys went to.  We were so excited to see our tour guide Glenn here too!

Best Dessert and chocolate martini ever!
